JC Miller
About
JC is licensed to practice in both Washington and Oregon, and has been a licensed attorney since 2012.
JC grew up in Gulf Shores, Alabama, where he graduated high school. He attended Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, where he played college football and majored in philosophy. After college, he attended Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, graduating cum laude. He began his legal career for one of the biggest defense firms in the Southeast, primarily defending commercial trucking cases.
In 2017, after a several-month-long sabbatical across Asia, JC moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest and never looked back. He began his Washington legal career at another defense firm again defending commercial trucking cases and large insurance carriers. He has handled everything from small fender-benders to multi-million dollar wrongful death cases.
JC joined the firm in 2023 and now solely focuses on personal injury cases. As a defense lawyer for almost a decade, JC understands how insurance carriers and defense lawyers evaluate cases, and he is fully equipped to rebut their tactics. He has handled cases involving everything from traumatic brain injuries to spinal injuries to soft-tissue injuries. JC understands how injuries can turn an individual’s life upside down, and he is now fully committed to helping personal injury victims.
JC is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice and is active in local and statewide bar associations. In his free time, JC enjoys traveling, backpacking in the mountains, and is also a certified yoga teacher. This mindful approach to life translates to a mindful approach with clients.
